Another bout of insomnia had me noticing the blinking red LED on my Blackberry, so I got up to check it out...

I signed up, and got my official Barack Obama text message just now!

According to this, Obama has chosen as his running mate one "Honorable Barrister Jhon Lincoln," an outside candidate if ever there was one! I didn't see that one coming!

In addition to his evident savvy in the area of foreign law, the Hon. Lincoln apparently has a war chest of $48,000,000 which he has pledged (if I am reading this aright) to transfer from the Bank of Nigeria to the Obama campaign coffers, provided he is given the correct bank acct number(s) in which to deposit it.
