Well. Now everything will be settled; the same court that approved the de-defining of the word "marriage," contrary to the laws and propositions on the books in the state, has now agreed to take a look at the lately-passed Prop 8.

If that doesn't mollify the hysterical masses, I don't know what will. I have complete confidence in our courts not to recuse themselves from the obvious conflict-of-interests, and to annihilate the Proposition in no time flat.

Told you so.

In other news, the CA state supreme court has agreed that putting foxes in charge of henhouses is mandated by the state constitution.
