    Yes: 7 minutes and two water taxis were on the scene - with a third right there! The first to arrive was at the port wing and tossing lines and lifejackets in slightly over 3 minutes after touchdown.

    Say what you will about the jerks that live in NY/NJ (and I have in my lifetime...), when a monumentally unexpected thing happens and people need critical assistance, those in charge there do the right thing, do it now, and work out the details on the way.

    Those water taxi captains are amazing to me... no fuss, just get there and get those people out of the water. God bless them.
