Proposition 8 opponents, upset with the voters' efforts to close the barn door after the state's Supreme Court let the horses out of the barn, are getting their day in court... the same court, interestingly enough, that let the horses out of the barn in the first place.

No points for predicting how this one is going to turn out. The majority of justices, who can't tell the difference between genetic and chromosomal traits, and natural law versus religious law, aren't going to suddenly start to understand that now, are they?
