Wen I was a kid, KCET out of L.A. had a "International Film Festival" show on Saturday nights, and the Canadian Animations were always among my favorite: The Cat Came Back, The Big Snit and many more!
Here's a modern example. Maybe what this blog needs is an International Film Festival night.
