"Good idea, o Lord!" : What God is Up To
2 interesting ideas this AM I don't have time to detail out, but should this week:
(1) that God lastly invented "the butterfly effect" on the 8th day (or whenever) by giving Adam & Eve that one simple prohibition about trees and fruit, and
(2) What if, when God said of Adam, "it is not good for the man to be alone," He was speaking from personal experience? Is that what He is up to, now: take a piece of yourself, and send it out into the world for a little while, and see what happens when it returns? Is He making children, that grow up to be different people than their parents?
